One Wall Partners, an owner and manager of transit-oriented workforce housing, is pleased to announce that it has hired Kerri Haltom as Senior Vice President of Property Management for the company’s portfolio, which has grown to more than 3,600 units in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Haltom will oversee the property management division as the company continues to grow through acquisitions.
During the past 25 years, Haltom has cultivated valuable experience across a broad range of functions within the multi-family management sector. She is widely acknowledged as a trusted relationship developer with a commitment to continuous growth, improvement, strategic initiative delivery and knowledge sharing.
Haltom spent 18 years with Home Properties, where, as Senior Vice President of Property Management, she developed a new organizational structure for property management operations and empowered a team of 630 property management professionals to exceed company financial goals in a highly collaborative work environment. She executed significant capital improvement plans, and managed operational and financial performance in eight geographic regions, comprising 85 communities and 31,000 market-rate apartment homes. Under the ownership of Lone Star Funds, Haltom oversaw the disposition of all assets.
